Dissertation Formatting & Editing Rates
I try to keep my pricing system simple, transparent, and fair for both of us. I will give you a quote before we start, and I will honor the quote at the end. You do not have to pay anything until the project is complete and you are satisfied with the work. Below is a table of my rates for your convenience, and I can provide an exact quote when you e-mail me your document and specific needs.

| Dissertation and Thesis Formatting Rate | $2/page | Based on 1-inch margins, 12pt Times New Roman font, and double spacing throughout the document. (We will be changing these settings in your formatting process, but this just makes my pricing system transparent.) For most students, this is the only service that you will need, although many students like to add the editorial spot check.
Possible Dissertation Formatting Surcharges: If your document has an unusually large number of tables, figures or references or if you need a rush job, I might quote a higher price, although this is not common. |
| In-Text Citation Formatting | Contact for Quote | As part of my dissertation formatting service, I will be doing a full format of your references list, but because I am not reading through your text in detail, I will not be formatting your in-text citations. If you have footnotes, I will fix the line spacing, indentation, and note-number format, but I will not be formatting the actual citations within those notes. If you would like me to format all of your in-text citations and/or notes, let me know and I can quote you a price (this work is painstaking and time consuming, which is why I charge separately for it). Most students do not need this, but some schools do require perfect or near-perfect in-text citation formatting. |

Payment
I do not ask for payment for editing until the work is complete. I do not ask for payment for formatting until you pass your formatting review. When the time comes, I can take check, money order, PayPal, Google Checkout, and all major credit cards. I will provide you with an invoice in the amount of the original quote with the payment options.
